Though the initial impact of Hurricane Harvey has passed, the aftermath of flooding continues to rage on. While Hurricane Katrina dropped only 18 inches of rain in its wake in 2005, Harvey’s rains dropped over 50 inches around South Texas. As rivers and flooding keep rising, relief and rescue continue, and the needs are still increasing.
