Two Brothers Start Clothing Company To Cure Blindness
Two brothers were diagnosed with Stargardt disease as kids, a juvenile form of macular degeneration. They had an idea to start Two Blind Brothers clothing brand that gives 100% of its proceeds to pre-clinical blindness research. Quadriplegic Woman Volunteers at Hospital Pediatric Unit
At age 19 Rachel Johnson was in a car accident that broke her neck and made her a quadriplegic. She said, “What made it better and kept me going was having people there with me to celebrate every single little accomplishment.” So she wanted to give that back to kids and now volunteers at the Nebraska Medicine Pediatric Unit while working and attending graduate school. She will be starting a pediatrics internship at Nebraska Medicine to become a child life specialist. Read her whole story here.

Robert Bader has been a tattoo artist for over a decade, but now he is also helping people remove tattoos. He offers this service for free to those who want to remove any hateful or racist tattoos after changing their beliefs.
